TISS MSC was founded in 2003 to compliment the business of Millennium Hallmark Software as the sales and distribution arm of the organization. Formed in 2001, MHS found its niche in the marketplace in the Internet Content Security product space and began its distribution operations in October of that year.

TISS gained the much coveted Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status in March 2003, for its contribution to ICT development in Malaysia . TISS continues to fulfill its passion and obligations under this status umbrella.

TISS Malaysian head office is located in the high growth satellite city of Petaling Jaya , located just 10kms outside of the Kuala Lumpur CBD. TISS also has offices in the city of Penang and in Singapore .

The internet explosion of the last 11 years and the exponential growth experienced in recent years of online take-up (by organization, business and individuals) of online internet use and mobile, versatile computing has given unprecedented rise of security awareness in this area.
