Graham Baldwin has over 25 years working experience in Management and Senior Management levels for IT orientated businesses in Europe and Asia-Pacific.  He founded TISS-MSC in 2003.  His invaluable management experience gained driving business at a local and regional level is coupled with his desire to always deliver customer satisfaction through a premier customer service to his clients.  Graham has focused his last five years listening to his customers to ensure his products meet customer needs and requirements in a responsive manner.  “ Change is inevitable” says Graham, ‘our role is to ensure we give our customers tomorrow's Internet and Content Security Software Solutions today, whilst maintaining levels of customer service that is second to none throughout the industry”

Leong Kim Yoon

Leong Kim Yoon joined TISS-MSC with over 12 years experience in the IT industry with the last 5 years being concentrated within Internet Content Security Software.  An Information Technology Graduate from the United Kingdom, his experience since then has included WAN/LAN and ERP Project Implementation Management.  His appointment as Chief Technology Officer (as well as a Director of TISS-MSC) is based on his extensive skill set and wide knowledge of internet content security issues and solutions.  Leong Kim Yoon leads a strong team which continues to build upon his solid foundation for high technical competency of TISS-MSC solutions. He shares Graham Baldwin's passion for excellence in customer service.
