Security Software Development and the TISS privacy policy covers TISS and its Web site www.t3key.com and www.tiss-msc.com. You can access our Web site(s) home page and browse our site(s) without disclosing your personal data.

Personal information collected on TISS sites and services may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which TISS or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using a TISS site or service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. TISS abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union.

Data Collection and Purpose Specification TISS understands that “Personal Information' means information or an opinion, disclosed as part of Customer Registration of the product (including an opinion forming part of a database) whether true or not, or whether recorded in a material form or not, about an
individual whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from the information or opinion such as:-

E-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number, questions and secret answers, (which we use to help verify your identity and assist in resetting your password, as well). A unique ID number (serial number) will be assigned to your T3 SecurityKey and information which will be used to identify your Personal Information and associated information.

We may collect and use Personal Information for the purpose of reference for user authentication into the secure area for user registration, downloads and renewals when you contact us. If you choose to make a purchase or product renewal subscription, we will ask for additional information, such as your billing details (for a company) or credit card number and billing address that is used to create a TISS billing account.

We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues, and security announcements.

We may also occasionally send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from TISS and its affiliates.

Confidentiality / Security TISS undertakes (a) not to access, use, modify, disclose or retain any Personal Information of the Customer that has been acquired from registration or other means, except for
the purposes for which that Personal information was acquired (b) in addition to any direction as to particular measures specified by the Customer, TISS takes all reasonable measures to ensure that any Personal Information held in connection with the Customer Registration is protected against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure and against other misuse. We understand the responsibilities in relation to Information Privacy of Customer Information and possible consequences of a breach of this undertaking. All TISS employees and data processors, which have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data. We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.

We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to send us the following types of personal data: primary personal data (such as name and contact details).

Our Web site does not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by others. Our Web site does not include links to third party Web service providers.

Disclosure and Visitor Choice We do not disclose your personal data to our subsidiaries or other organisations except where we occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, hosting websites, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We will provide the information without any charge via email. We allow you to challenge the data that we hold about you and, where appropriate, you may have the data rectified or amended, completed. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our visitors with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal. We do, however, allow you to challenge our decision to refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data.
